PROJECT No. 115 – CONCRETE RECONSTRUCTION / CRACKING REPAIR WORKS

Cleaning loose surfaces to show the reinforcement & cleaning it.
Inspection of the reinforcement to determine if it has suffered any mechanical damage or if its thickness has been reduced due to rust or if a cut is detected.
Installation of two-component cement mortar, which acts as a corrosion inhibitor to protect the reinforcement bars from the fork to the emerging reinforcement.
Installation of fiber reinforced thixotropic non-shrinking mortar for concrete repair & installation of mesh.
Plastering with fast setting plaster & painting of furrow.
